Late Registration: Regular registration rates are valid through 3/20/2023. A $40 late registration fee is included in online registration as well as on the most updated downloadable registration form after 3/20/2023. Any old registration forms postmarked, faxed, or emailed after 3/20/2023 are subject to the $40 late registration fee. 

Cancellation/Refund Policy: The cutoff date to receive a refund on your registration is March 20, 2023. Refunds requested prior to March 20, 2023 will receive a refund for registration, less a $45 administrative fee. Cancellations must be made in writing to hbarron.naswar@socialworkers.org. Refunds will not be given after March 20, 2023, but you can retain the credit to use toward future NASW AR conferences/events.
